The Nebraska Music Education Association is pleased to offer rates and reservations available for advertising space in the Nebraska Music Educator magazine. We appreciate our advertisers and look forward to working with you in the future!

The Nebraska Music Educator is published three times per year (July, October, March). The July issue features important back to school information while the October issue previews the annual All-State conference/clinic. Our March issue recognizes outstanding teaching throughout the state, and emphasizes advocacy, such as "Music Education Week."

The magazine is mailed to active NMEA members, teacher education institutions, NAfME Collegiate student chapter members, advertisers, libraries, individual subscribers and is exchanged with similar publications across the country. Current circulation is approximately 1,550 copies per issue.

Advertising Reservation & Payment

Upon completion and payment of your advertising, please submit advertising materials by the issue deadline (listed below) to [email protected] and copy [email protected].

DISCOUNT FOR FULL SEASON AD PURCHASE

Effective 7/25/20, NMEA is offering a 15% discount if you order ad space for all 3 issues. Those who purchase ads for all 3 issues will be refunded 15% of their total purchase. 

SPONSORSHIP DISCOUNTS

NMEA has updated our sponsorship benefits starting in 2021, which now include discounts on advertising in the NMEA magazine for the Platinum, Gold, and Silver levels! Visit our Sponsorship page to become a sponsor. Discount amounts will be refunded to you after your purchase is complete.

  • Platinum: Save $200 per year on advertising (cost of a full-page black and white ad)
  • Gold: Save $150 per year on advertising (cost of a 2/3 page black and white ad)
  • Silver: Save $105 per year on advertising (cost of a 1/2 page black and white ad)

DISCOUNT NOTE: Due to our new website's forms and payment systems, discount codes cannot be applied at checkout for this form. Instead, you will be refunded the amount of your discount(s) by the Executive Director after you complete your purchase. At that time, you will receive another invoice for the money credited back to your card. Please allow time for Executive Director to process these refunds.
